I'm getting a bit fed up with the snow now. I cancelled all my outings this week, but today couldn't bear it, so went to garden centre to meet a friend. John took me and saw me in.
Seems like things aren't going to get any better over the weekend. I managed to get to health centre for jab and blood, and have dentist appt on Monday. Will have to see what happens over weekend.

Gorgeous pic Doreen, what are you wearing?
The snow is really frustrating me even though the children have been snowballing all day!
It took Mark two and a half hours to get home from work and he has to be in early Monday morning...I am feeling increasingly worried about next week now as I am far too nervous to drive our car which is parked right round the corner! (Can't possibly get it down our lane).
Love, Amanda

Well wouldn't you just like to know what I'm wearing Amanda? It is snowing again here now. I hate it because I had a bad fall on ice a few years ago before RA and I just know that if it happened now I wouldn't be able to get up again. There have been no signs of it thawing here at all, even the tree branches are still covered in snow. Doreen xx

Aw I am sorry that you feel very badly. I agree that the thought of falling is scary enough to remain indoors for the forseeable future!
I was terrified walking through the snow yesterday but Samuel distracted me. I nearly fell a few times but Samuel was holding onto me and Mark was holding onto both of us!
I just wanted to know if that was your silk dress you were wearing...it goes with your new (very) short hair cut nicely....................
Love, A

She means the smiley that I put on my post (No. 46).
It's been snowing here again during the night and some this morning!
Very excited because today I will be going out to Morrisons with Ian, although it took him ages to get the car out of our drive this morning!

I know what you mean Doreen...I'm excited at the thought of getting out of the house for the first time all week too! I've just got to persuade Stephen to take me somewhere! No more fresh snow here but the 6 or so inches still on the ground is now solid ice!

Hi, I still dare not venture out due to all the ice, we have tried to get some rock salt but it is like gold dust, we have been unable to get a shopping order for a week, Malcolm is going out to get some essentials, we have spoken to 3 supermarkets today but only 1 have promised to deliver on wednesday, Malcolm explained about not having a car and being disabled, so W******* agreed to deliver, sick of the snow now it has ceased to be amusing love Kimxx
